I walk the house, or the plans, with you and learn how you live and what you love. We agree on a clear scope and a flat design fee before any work begins.

This is the back and forth. Plans, 3D visuals and every selection, from tile to lighting to fabric, refined together until it feels like yours.

I work alongside your contractor or builder and manage orders and deliveries, so the details on paper are the details in the house.

I’m there for the install and the final styling, down to the art on the walls. Then the house is yours.

Questions I hear most

  • My design fee is a flat fee, set by the size and scope of your project and agreed before we begin. Full-service design fees typically begin at $15,000. Construction, furnishings and procurement are separate.

  • It depends on the size of the project and how much is being remodeled or refinished. As a guide, a furnishing-only project typically takes about three months, and a full kitchen renovation four to five. You’ll have a realistic timeline from me before work begins.

  • Yes, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. If you’re building, call me before construction starts: the earlier I’m in, the more I can shape. And if you don’t have a contractor yet, I can introduce you to builders I trust.

  • Often, yes, depending on the scope. A room with a meaningful renovation or a complete furnishing plan can be a great fit, and I’ll tell you honestly during our first conversation whether it is.
