Meet Valentina.
Hi! I’m Val - the one who puts “Val” in Val Spaces. I’m not just an interior designer, but a mom to two beautiful children, Lucas and Penelope, and a devoted dog mom to Lolo and Luna, my Terrier mix and Catahoula. Originally from Cordoba, Argentina, I made New Orleans my home in 2009 and I married my wonderful husband, Joe, fourteen years ago.
Before opening my own interior design firm, I was a licensed architect in Argentina, spending 20 years in the field of architecture while gaining diverse experience in adjacent fields. I was the outlier in my family of doctors when I chose to pursue the path of architecture and design!
I have an unwavering passion for creating beautiful spaces and transforming visions into reality. There’s a certain magic that comes alive when you step into a space you’ve envisioned for so long.
Beyond my design work, I’m an avid crafter, always on the hunt for my next project. When I’m not crafting or painting, I’m experimenting with delicious vegetarian recipes at home.
